Return Policy
Due to sanitation purposes all items will not be accepted for returns but will be issued store credit.
Once the order has been shipped, Songtsenb is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the USPS.
If your tracking number says delivered and have not received your package. Note that you will have to take this up with USPS.
Sales items are final and can not be returned.
Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order because once we shipped the order, we can not cancel them.
